Neweb4u.com webmaster services are represented by one individual as independent contractor.

Neweb4u.com webmaster services are based on time schedule availability.

You agree that you are:

1. A company or organization.
2. Over 18 years old.
3. Seeking a webmaster to build or redesign your company website.
4. Planning to have only ONE webmaster service for your website.

You are not:

1. A company related to internet services (or please use the contact form first).
2. Planning to sell products or services for another company instead of your own.
3. Affiliated with any other company (if so, please use the Contact Form first).
4. Needing a site for less than 6 months (if so, please use the Contact Form first).
5. Intending to use more than ONE webmaster service at the same time.
6. Starting an adult related site.

Independent Contracting:

An upfront Independent Contracting Fee (to be negotiated) begins work on a new website. Payment can be made via check or Paypal.

Once your new website is complete, payment can be paid in full or negotiated into monthly payment terms before the site will be uploaded to your domain hosting location (nameserver).

PLEASE KEEP PAYMENTS CURRENT. AFTER 90-DAYS OF NON-PAYMENT YOUR WEBSITE CAN BE PLACED ON SUSPENSION AND INACCESSIBLE ON THE WEB.

Email Communication

Requests for programming and website questions should be done via email. Time spent responding to your email questions, offering you insights or advice and completing tasks you request is considered planning time. Planning is on-the-clock programming time. Please keep emails fairly brief and concise for best results.

Website Edits

EDITING REQUESTS TO NEWEB4U.COM SERVICES CAN TAKE MORE THAN ONE BUSINESS DAY TO BEGIN OR COMPLETE THE REQUEST.

NEWEB4U.COM IS NOT LIABLE FOR CONTENT BEFORE, DURING OR AFTER THE EDITING PROCESS.

If you notice something is out-dated on your website and you need webmaster services, please inform your webmaster as soon as possible.

The Control Panel is your optional website content editor. This means you will not need a webmaster for every webpage edit.

YOU OR YOUR COMPANY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR APPEARANCE OF YOUR WEBSITE. YOU OR YOUR COMPANY MUST ALERT NEWEB4U.COM SERVICES TO CHANGE CONTENT THAT MAY BE VIOLATING A COPYRIGHT.

YOU OR YOUR COMPANY ARE THE FINAL APPROVAL FOR WEBPAGES.

ALL CONTENT OF YOUR WEBSITE CREATED BY NEWEB4U.COM SERVICES IS COPYRIGHT. THIS APPLIES TO ALL WEBSITE PROGRAMMING CODE, PHP, HTML, CSS, JAVA, FLASH OR OTHERWISE.

THEREFORE NEWEB4U.COM SERVICES SHALL BE THE KEEPER OF ALL PASSWORDS RELATED TO YOUR WEBSITE (ie: DOMAIN NAMESERVER AND HOSTING CONTROL PANEL INCLUDING FTP).

IF THE WEBSITE IS TO BE TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER WEBMASTER SERVICE AND/OR ISP, THE DOMAIN WILL BE UNLOCKED FOR TRANSFER AND A FILE CONTAINING SITE CONTENTS WILL BE GIVEN TO YOUR NEW WEBMASTER IN THE FORM OF A DOWNLOADABLE STORAGE FILE, OR COPIED TO CD'S. FTP IS NOT TO BE USED DURING TRANSFERS.

Processes:

A website is a public forum representing you or your company. Integrity and excellence are primary goals of neweb4u.com webmaster services.

REASONABLE EXPECTATIONS ARE REQUESTED. UNREASONABLE EXPECTATIONS MAY RESULT IN ACCOUNT SUSPENSION. A SUSPENSION NOTICE REQUIRES YOU TO MAKE PAYMENT TO YOUR ACCOUNT, WORK OUT WHAT ISSUE IS AT HAND, OR FIND A NEW WEBMASTER SERVICE WITHIN 45 DAYS. AFTER 45 DAYS YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE CANCELLED IF ISSUES HAVE NOT BEEN RESOLVED COMPLETELY. IF CANCELLED, YOUR WEBPAGES MAY NOLONGER BE AVAILABLE ON THE WEB VIA NEWEB4U.COM WEBMASTER SERVICES.

Admin Control Panel Transfers:

THE NEWEB4U.COM ADMIN CONTROL PANEL IS COPYRIGHT MATERIAL. THIS MEANS IT DOES NOT TRANSFER TO THE NEXT WEBMASTER SERVICE.

BEFORE A SITE CAN BE TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER WEBMASTER SERVICE, YOUR WEBSITE WILL NEED TO BE REPROGRAMMED TO PHP AND/OR XHTML-STRICT. Your site appearance will not change in this process. You will no longer use the Neweb4u.com Control Panel.

If you or your company prefers to keep the admin pages, there will be a transfer fee for copyright materials. This is to be negotiated before a transfer is made. The admin pages are pre-programmed and customized. The price will reflect what is preprogrammed and copyright, as well as time spent customizing the pages for your use (to be negotiated).

Transfer of Service Fee

ALL OPEN INVOICES RELATED TO YOUR WEBSITE MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE YOUR WEBSITE CONTENT WILL BE READY FOR TRANSFER TO ANOTHER WEBMASTER SERVICE.

Accounts in suspension may be charged a transfer fee. This fee is simply an hourly based fee for reprogramming your website for possible transfer to another webmaster.  Re-programming the XHTML portion of your website can take up to 7-10 business days.

Should you or your company not need the website anylonger (no need to revert it back to xhtml-strict), the cancellation fee will be the agreed fee on your Startup Contract or based on prior email discussions.  

When pressing 'Submit' you are agreeing to the terms and this contract becomes effective.
